Google's official Ads MCP is self-hosted with 3 read-only tools and no Google-hosted URL. Meta hosts mcp.facebook.com/ads for Meta only. TikTok publishes two Business MCP URLs. Microsoft Advertising is in open pilot. X launched an Ads MCP this gateway does not ship. A media question that crosses Google, Meta and GA4 needs one reasoning context, not six OAuth dances. Connecting Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, GA4 and Search Console, then ticking accounts, still happens on Get MCP Ads. An agent cannot complete OAuth or the ticks. Microsoft Advertising is soon: OAuth exists, tools do not. There is no X Ads source. None of those official shapes replace this table. ## What can you ask across two sources on one URL? Once two live sources are connected and ticked, the assistant can join them in one thread. Official Google Ads MCP cannot join GA4 or Search Console because those APIs are not on that server. Writes still preview then confirm, and Free still has no write tools. Cross-source questions fail loudly when one side is unticked, which is better than silently mixing clients. ## When should you not use one hosted URL? One hosted URL is the wrong shape when you only want a first-party official server, when the machine cannot reach the public internet, when you need X Ads, or when you need Microsoft Advertising tools today. It is also wrong on Free if the job is a write. - You only want Google's 3 official tools and will run pipx or Cloud Run yourself. - You only want Meta official mcp.facebook.com/ads. - You need X Ads. This product does not ship it. Use X's own Ads MCP if that is the job. - You need Microsoft Advertising tools today. Our OAuth exists; our tools do not. Microsoft's own MCP is a separate open pilot. - Air-gapped MCP: a hosted URL cannot answer there. Choosing a hosted URL is an operations choice, not a protocol one. No. Official servers stay first-party and one platform each. This is a hosted gateway in front of six live sources we actually ship. Google's official Ads MCP is 3 read-only tools you run yourself. Meta hosts mcp.facebook.com/ads for Meta only. TikTok publishes two Business MCP URLs. We do not claim their catalogues as ours. ### Do you have X Ads? No. There is no X Ads source on Get MCP Ads. X launched its own Ads MCP at ads-api.x.com/mcp, which is a different product. Do not expect x_ads tools, and do not tick an X row in this dashboard. The live sources are Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, GA4 and Search Console only. ### Do you have Microsoft Advertising tools? No. Microsoft Advertising appears in the dashboard as soon: OAuth exists, the tool set is not shipped, so nothing is exposed to the assistant. That row is not Microsoft's official MCP, which is a separate open pilot documented on Microsoft Learn. Do not treat our soon badge as their server. ### Does one OAuth grant expose every client account? No. Connecting a Google MCC or a Meta Business Manager does not expose the client accounts under it. After OAuth, the dashboard lists what the token can reach and every account starts unticked. The gateway answers only for the IDs you tick. The check runs server-side on every call, including calls routed through run_tool. ### Can I write from the Free plan? No. Write tools are absent from the tool list on the Free plan, and calling one is refused before it reaches the platform. On a paid plan, every write previews first: without confirm set to true, the tool describes the change and applies nothing. Campaigns created through this gateway are always created paused. ### Does the assistant receive my ads credentials? No. You authorise each platform on Get MCP Ads. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and stay on the server. The assistant authenticates to the hosted MCP URL over OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and receives tool results, never an ads credential.
